How do I book a PG on PGStack?
Search for PGs in your city, open a listing you like, and click 'Book Now'. Fill in your check-in date and any notes for the owner. No payment is required — the owner will contact you to confirm within 24 hours.
Is there any brokerage fee?
No. PGStack charges zero brokerage to seekers. You book directly with the owner. Any deposit or rent is paid directly to the owner when you move in.
How do I cancel a booking?
You can cancel any PENDING booking for free from your dashboard under My Bookings. Once a booking is confirmed, contact the owner directly to cancel.
How do I know the listing is genuine?
Listings with a 🏅 PGStack Verified badge have been physically verified by our field agents — photos are watermarked and location-checked. Other listings are owner-submitted and reviewed by our team.

How do I list my PG?
Sign in with your phone number, complete your owner profile, and go to Owner Portal → Add Property. Fill in your property details, add rooms, upload photos, and publish.
Is listing free?
Yes, the FREE plan allows unlimited listings. Paid plans (PREMIUM, PRO, AGENCY) give you featured placement, verified badge, and analytics.
How do I get more visibility?
Upgrade to a paid plan for featured placement in search results. Complete your listing with photos, amenities, and accurate pricing — complete listings get 3x more inquiries.
How do I manage tenant bookings?
All booking requests appear in your Owner Portal under Bookings. You can approve, reject, or contact the seeker directly from there.

How do I log in?
PGStack uses phone OTP login. Enter your 10-digit Indian mobile number, receive a 6-digit OTP, and you're in. You can also sign in with Google.
I didn't receive my OTP.
Wait 30 seconds and try again. Make sure you've entered the correct 10-digit number without the country code. If the issue persists, contact us at support@pgstack.co.in.
How do I update my profile?
Go to Dashboard → My Profile (for seekers) or Owner Portal → Profile (for owners). You can update your name, photo, and contact details.
